		<description>Well I go through periods of being fit and in good condition and then go out of condition and then back again. It&#039;s a cycle much like a lot of things in life. But yeah, you&#039;re right, good to be reasonable shape mentally and physically as it sets you up for the next part of life.

		<description>Piece of advice, arrive at 49 in good physical and mental shape. It makes a big difference. if you let that go and you don&#039;t have a trophy/or a good wife with cute kids to settle with, life can be a roller coaster.Unless, of course, you made enough money to keep yourself entertained.</description>
